Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it means that your order has shipped and you are no longer able to make updates to your order or address because your parcel has already been shipped from our warehouse.
You can change your delivery address in 24 hours after placing your order. Please get in touch with us, provide your order number, the old address and the new address. We'll do our best to make this change in time before the order is processed. However, if your order has already shipped, it’s no longer possible to make any updates.
